Welcome to Pelican Shores South Homeowners Association, Inc. The entire
association is comprised of 26 Single Family Custom Home Lots, and is located at the intersection of WCR 13 & WCR 26. The community is currently in the final stages of development. The Pelican Shores South HOA is located along a beautiful recreational lake.
This site is designed for Pelican Shores South Association members, to provide
general HOA information along with updates about the community.
Most new information will be posted on this main page, but please feel free to check
out the rest of the website for useful information.
BILLINGS: The 2018 Assessments will be $500 per calendar quarter. Assessments statements will be mailed approximately 15 days prior to the due date of the assessment. Assessments are due the 1st of the month each calendar quarter, and are considered late if not received by the 15th of the month. Any account with a balance due as of the 1st of the month will be assessed late fees in accordance with the collection policy of the Association.
Board Meetings are scheduled to be held the 2nd Tuesday of Even Numbered Months, at 5:30pm, and are held at the Foster Management Offices. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE FEBRUARY MEETING HAS BEEN RE-SCHEDULED DUE TO BOARD MEMBER AVAILABILITY. A rescheduled date is still being determined, and will be posted once finalized. All homeowners are welcome and encouraged to attend.
